Return policy wrong order / defect items
If you have received a wrong or broken item, please contact info@Glitchway.com. State the order number, your full name, your address and the issue. A solution will be sought together. If our customer service instructs you to return the item, the parcel must be sent by post at the latest within 14 working days to the address specified in the email. Make sure that the order number, your full name, your address and the issue is also mentioned in the package so that we can match the returned item to the complaint.
Keep in mind that:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches our location. We recommend to ship your item with a carrier that insures your shipped items.
- The costs of return are on own account.
- The refund usually takes 2-4 weeks to process after the parcel has been received.
- Returned items that do not contain all the necessary information should expect a delay in their refund.

All packages are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Parcels within Europe receive an automatic track & trace code via the courier.
International parcels will receive an automatic track & trace code via the courier after the order has been shipped. This can take up to a few hours to a day.
It is important to provide a correct e-mail address, so that the track & trace code can be received. If you haven't received any emails from your order at all, please check your spam and make sure you entered the correct email address.
